  Also, aren't the Pariah Folk a form of mer? Surely they would have as long lifetimes as the other variants (when living normal lives, of course a orc beserker's lifetime would be considerably less.)

  That's a thing that was never explained by Lore. We know Orcs look for their good death ehen they grow older so it really is hard to determine when is that. With them being cursed and changed, becoming outcasts, their lifespan most likely changed to that of men. They are Mer, but other Mer don't recognize them as such. So while it would be cool for Orcs to live 300 years I believe it doesn't match their nature.
