    Not the most safe, but I use Pilgrim's trench for my argonians. Out of the way, good for hiding gems. You have to return every 10 days to prevent resets, but there is a bedroll on land nearby

    Why nothing for the Abandoned House? I mean, yea it's scary, but all of the storage space makes up for it in my opinion. I always use it just to sort everything.

    Nightcaller temple anyone? It would be sweet for a vaermina build, is there any safe storage? It's a short walk from dawnstar, so you have ways to buy and sell everything, and the place itself shouldn't respawn I'd imagine. It would be strange to see people wake up in the temple after decades when there was no one there yesterday
