    Query: I know that extra effect-enchanted stalhrim weapons with frost damage or chaos damage and another enchantment boost the other enchantment's effect by 25%. But do extra effect-enchanted stalhrim boots and shields boost enchantments upon it by 25% if they're with a resist frost enchantment?

    Me too! Only with warhammers =D I think that the fastest you can get is dual wielded daggers with the DW perks, dragon aspect, and elemental fury.

    Dual Flurry can be manipulated by potions of Fortify Restoration for crazy fast dual strikes.  I mentioned this in my latest build though it's not a central/required component.  Not sure if there's a way to do much with two-handed, other than using the Longhammer + Elemental Fury, and/or the Bound Battleaxe.

    Niiiiice.... Will try it out! I almost every time run out of space, and the book spawns you where you last read it to come back to Skyrim/Solstein
