So I fixed the tags so they weren't a single massive one. In the future to seperate the tags you need to place a comma at the end of each one, also there is no need to include a # in the tag as the site automatically adds one at the start of any valid tag.
As for the only 3 tags rule, that only applies to tags that inlcude the words "Character Build" in them, so you can only have three of those type of tag. You also need a rank tag which in the case of this build would be Rank:Bloodworks.

Anubis11, no this isn't too long for a Character Build, it's actually on the shorter side compared to many other builds. However, having just a long wall of text is daunting and will cause many readers to pass it by.

I'd say everything is explained just fine. I wasn't confused or lost while reading it. There are a few mechanical issues that I have as far as the build plays, but those are more personnel preference than anything else, like taking all three crafting skills and an exploit kicker just seem very grindy and overpowered to me. However there are definitely people who are looking for that kind of thing, and I have been known to game the system myself from time to time.
