I have to say, I´m impressed. I was fiddling with thief using enchanting for some time but droped it in the end. And this is pretty much what I had in mind.
As Curse suggested, daggers would be better option for their faster swing. Also, while the name implies thief it is more a adventurer and that´s what the DaD are, right? Combining Light Armor and Restoration also means you can actually shine pretty well in open combat. I really like the synergy here, man.
Lastly, I am curious how did you roleplay this character? And what quests you did? It wouldn´t hurt this build if you added mention to these things.
You´ve got my +1 :)

I agree with what others have already said. This is a really cool take on the Spellthief--the presentation is wonderful, concise, and the concept and playstyle are really engaging. These are the types of characters I really enjoy playing: she's versatile and adapts easily to just about any situation (this also keeps the player from getting easily bored because they have the option to hammer on threats, magick them up, or just sneak past them altogether). Those Jack-of-all-trade builds can go on and on and on ;D
Nicely done!
