* The Commander Of Realms *
As revealed in Marcurio's Memoirs-
"To you, outsider, 'The Summoner of Skyrim' might mean nothing, but here, the name generates fear, hatred, love, respect. I am one of the latter kind, as I had the exclusive honor of being his friend & companion in his journeys.
We met in Riften. From there began my assosiation with a remarkable person. At first, he was a typical breton mage, reading, researching. He said he had left High Rock to pursue the Arcane Secrets(what else is new?), his ancestory all being members of the Mage's guild. Everything was fine. Then we decided to visit the Winterhold College, where Tolfdir(Old master and friend of mine) took us to Saarthal for an expedition. It was then I saw the Conjurer's intentions. He charged in with his Bound Sword, killed the draugr facing him, immediately casting the Dread Zombie spell, his eyes filled with hatred, pain, death. He was not who he said he was. Tolfdir and I decided to keep it a secret. Later during the night, under influence, He revealed his true purpose.
He had been dipping into necromancy and daedra summoning, back in his home. He was forbidden to do so,after being found out by his father. So he left. The books that he had been studying-Summoning, Necromancy. But he swore he''ll never reanimate a human, only the undead(To this day, he has never done so). He didnt fear them. He hated them. Especially Vampires. I remember during a fight, when a powerful Vampire Summoned a Gorgoyle, My friend summoned a Dremora Lord. You can deduce as to what became of the Vampire after that.
Time passed on, the tales of his undead hatred spread. Vampires were his arch nemesis. He trained hard. Flame Atronachs to Dremora Lords. From a novice to a Master. Clad in Daedric Armor. Feared. Revered. It is important to note that he never summoned in towns/cities. He valued people's lives. He valued friendship.
I was there. I was humbled. I had a friend. I would have his back. For such dedication, passion and meditation to his craft, made him superior to even the most powerful mage, if one even existed. In his later years, he fell into deep spells of meditation, hours, days. I dont know what became of him. I moved back to Cyrodill. I was a family man now. Last time I saw him was when I visited Skyrim for a mage convention. He said he was going to Solstheim.
People still talked about the Conjurer, some bretons even worshipped him as the Commander of Realms-owing to his mastery of Summoning.
I hope I meet him again, I miss the Summoner of Skyrim......."

* Build & Gameplay *
When you think Conjuration, you think spamming atronachs while you sit back while they kill the enemies. Well in this build, you are 'bound' by some rules. It derives it's power from Magicka Regenrather than reducing the cost of spells. With all middle-tree perks in Enchantment, if you enchant 3 items with Magicka Regen, you get total 180% regen + Recovery 50% regen = 230% regen, which is more than enough for the gameplay. You develop gradually from an apprentice summoner to necromancer to the Commander Of Realms.
There are 3 phases to this build.
Phase 1-Level 1 to 22 (Apprentice)
You are a noob/novice in this phase. Bound Sword(BS) is very powerful in lower levels. So, combine that with a flame atronach, you are golden.
The Mystic Binding and Soul Stealer perks are very crucial for this period to increase both the Bound Sword Damage & also to fill soul gems
PS : The summoner never conjures in towns or cities.
To handle Dragon attacks in cities, he waits for it to land or use Dragonrend to fight it up close, due to his lack of ranged spells.
Additionally, this period's other important perks are Respite - to enhance the healing spells to restore stamina also. Combined with Regeneration, Fast Healing itself fulfills the restoration needs.
Regeneration - gives 50% extra cure health, which is beast. Observe that magicka is only consumed for healing/alteration spells. There is high usage of restoration in these levels, so levelling is not a problem.
Phase 2-Level 23 to 31 (Necromancer)
Go to the face sculptor and give yourself a kind of part evil-part apprentice look. Maybe some tattoos, just a little mature from phase 1.
The necromancer rejoices in controlling & watching the undead fight for him. While in combat, he kills the first undead, then raises him & proceeds to the next one. If there's already a dead body present WHILE entering combat, he ressurects it first thing.
The necromancer also controls the raised minions of his enemies. With the Oblivion Binding perk, the enemy resurrections flee the scene of battle. He however, does NOT use his skills on men & mer, so he does not use the ritual stone, fearing he might accidently ressurrect people.
In other skills, Restoration Levelling is very important. Fast Healing+Respite+Apprentice Restoration = Beast. Enchanting is also levelled gradually by trapping the souls & enchanting with Banish, which you can buy from vendors by now. Lots of gems can be bought from college of Winterhold(CoW).
Phase 3-Level 32 to 41 - Vampire's Nightmare ( Master )
Go to the face sculptor, and make yourself a beast. Maybe a beard like a wise mage. We are looking for an aura of a Master, fearsome, one who commands respect. Make yourself look a liitle older.
Now the Summoner has reached his peak. He summons the evil Daedric Armour & uses his enchanting skills to make it even more powerful. He also learns to control Dremora Lords, a very dangerous spell to cast especially after the Oblivion Crisis.
Get the Vampire's Bane and Sun Fire.
Sun fire + Guardian Circle + Vampire's Bane = Buffy. The summoner is now capable of facing the deadly magic of the vampires. He goes toe to toe with the most powerful of the vampires by unleashing the fury of Oblivion & the Soul Cairn. I suggest using Revenge of the Enemies Mod,to see the power of the vampire really come out. Only one Dremora Lord per fight. Max 2.
Dual enchant the armor with magicka regen, heavy armor, One-Handed. Dont make any school of magic free of cost. You'll easily reach the armor cap with Enchantments + Perks + Lord Stone.
Magicka resistance cap - Enchantment(Just a ring with 18% is fine) + Agent Of Mara + Lord Stone.+ Breton Blood.
Summon Durnehevir in Dragon fights, Call Of Valor against Dragon Priests.
Carriage Driver ; Need a ride? Where do you want to go?
Me : No, I am good, I have a horse.
CD : Where? I dont see one.
Me; Summons Arvak and rides off>>
CD: What the F...??

This really isn't a bad start for a first build, but I would suggest getting rid of the couloured writing, many people(including myself) find it distracting. You also need to add tags. All builds require atleast one rank tag(the Bloodworks tag), but you could add up to three more, if you like.

It's basically like making a link. Here's the URL: http://theskyrimblog.ning.com/group/character-building/forum/topic/listForTag?tag=Rank%3ABloodworks, and for text, type "Rank: Bloodwoks" (with quotation maks).

Hello Priest! Welcome to the blog!
This is great for a first build! However, I can't seem to find a list or a link with all the needed perks.
