Very cool build. I've always been a sucker for dot builds, so this is no exceptions... One thing though mechanics wise:
Summon Familiar: try adding this spell to your rock joint mechanic. Conjure familiar Wolves have a chance of adding actual rock joint to enemies, though they don't live for long if getting targeted. Paralyze helps over come this.
Undead & dragur: how you gonna deal with this? They're poison resistant. Might wanna expand on this portion.
Other than the above, +1 from me for some poison dot love.

Thanks Warlock. The build handles undead using cloaks, runes and Mist Form, which is more than enough, especially if using fire. I avoided the undead where possible. Though they have poison resistance they will at least take damage from the ebony mail.

Hmmm... Ebony mail's poison cloak damages dragur and undead? Really? I didn't know this... Would appreciate it if someone could confirm.
As for fire spells, yeah, I guess cloaks and rune may cut it, but for viability on master or legend difficulty, might want to throw in ring of arcana for the ignite spell, seeing as how you're going for the helm anyways.
Mechanics wise it makes more sense too.. Can't expect to lay runes down whilst in most form.... Also, the dot from that + flame cloak will be more than enough to bring down dragur bosses if purge mechanic is used.
Rp wise, chemicals are flammable compounds... Make sense that they would cause acidic burn and catch fired when reacting with the chemicals used to treat the dead bodies...
Just my 2 cents.
