Like how you incorporated the vampire dust into the build :) You'd think there would be more builds that incorporates it but well it isn't so.
I have just one suggestion though, instead of wearing Shrouded Boots wear Predator's Grace. Shrouded Boots only provide you with 0.5 muffle (aka Muffled Movement) whereas Predator's Grace will provide you with 1.0 muffle (aka Silence aka constant effect Muffle). Since you practically become ghostlike once you have 1.0 muffle, it should drastically cut down on your vampire dust consumption while performing your Executions. You can literally run and jump behind your targets and deliver multiple coup de graces to them (then consume a vampire dust to deliver even more). Predator's Grace even has an 1% stamina regeneration, for what it's worth.

NOOOOOOOOO THIS IS TOO SIMILAR TO MY NIGHTINGALE ARCHER THAT I WAS GOING TO POST AS SOON AS I GOT THE PERK SPREAD IMAGE
In all seriousness though, another great build coming from you Zach.

Yeah I considered it, but I felt it would not *look* right. Also with muffle enchantment and muffled movement, plus unhindered, I am pretty quite already. When I was testing it (with muffle spell), it glitched somewhat frequently anyways, requiring two vamp dusts.

Strange, you shouldn't be consuming multiple vamp. dusts -- did you make sure to be at least out of their line of sight and crouching behind them before you popped a sample (if I recalled correctly, that's how my warden would utilize vamp. dust). Detection on invisibility is such that you must be somewhat out of their line of sight/detection range and with 1.0 muffle it's fairly small.

By multiple I mean sometimes it takes more than one try, not two at once. I do not think you have to be behind them and such, take a look at my gameplay video, at the very end I do it right in front of him.

Yeah, I saw your video looks good. What I mean is, it's more successful if you approach from the side or behind them; all enemies have varying cone detection size which is affected by stealth modifiers. Which is why some enemies or allies aren't able to detect vampires when they go invisible when they go invisible from their blindspot.
Also Zach, do you happen to be a new PC player now :)? If so, might I suggest you adopt this little, yet very useful mod, it will remove a glaringly large animation "bug/feature" from your game.
