The Jahut
Icarium wearily trudged on wearily as he emerged from the cave from which he retrieved an old man's bow from a group of degenerate bandits. As he blinked from the glare of the midday sun, he sensed that he was not alone.
"Your kind is an abomination!" A voice that sounded like steel striking stone rasped. "Prepare to be sent back from whatever hell spawned your kind!"
Icarium's eyes now adjusted to the midday sun, he saw a group of 5 heavily armored warriors and 3 mages standing not 15 paces from where he stood.
"I'm here only to help, I mean no harm" Icarium said softly, though he knew that his words would only fall on deaf ears.
"Your kind always bring destruction and harm Jaghut!" The man snarled, glancing nervously back at one of the mages. Icarium narrowed his eyes, he recognized the signature of magic that pulsed from the mage like waves.
"Taryschienne, you only lead these poor souls to their deaths" Icarium said softly, glaring at the High Mage. "Do not force me to kill them. They are good men."
The High Mage shrugged indifferently and smiled. "They have already been paid, they are mine to command. Kill the Jhag." Suddenly Taryschienne disappeared.
The men, had not noticed, as the five warriors charged Icarium and the two mages behind them began to weave their powerful spells...
The Build
NOTE: This build is based around the Jaghut race from Steven Erikson's series Malazan Book of the Fallen. They are an extremely powerful race who have access to the Omtose Phellack warren, the warren of Ice.
Race: Orc - Jaghuts are describe as taller and broader than humans, grey-green skin color, and protruding tusks from there lower jaw... Sound familiar?
Stone: Atronach/Lord - Both are great to use. I personally use the Atronach for the spell absorption, and you can enchant regeneration to easily overcome the -50% magicka regeneration effect.
Major Skills: Destruction, Two-Handed, Enchanting, Heavy Armor
Minor Skills: Alchemy, Smithing, Block
Stat Spread: Magicka/Health/Stamina - 3/2/1 (Per 6 Levels)
Perk Spread (Level 55)
Destruction: Novice - Expert, Duel Casting, 2/2 Augmented Frost, Deep Freeze
Two-Hand: Barbarian 5/5, Skull Crusher 3/3, Champion's Stance, Devastating Blow, Great Critical Charge, Sweep
Enchanting: Enchanter 5/5, Frost Enchanter (Must get Fire Enchanter to unlock), Insightful Enchanter, Corpus Enchanter, Extra Effect
Heavy Armor: Juggernaut 3/5, Fists of Steel, Cushioned, Conditioning
Smithing: Arcane Blacksmith, Steel - Ebony Smithing
Alchemy: Alchemists 5/5, Physician, Benefactor, Experimenter 2/3
Block: Shield Wall 1/5, Power Bash, Deadly Bash, Disarming Bash
Gameplay
I often times use my frost magic to begin most battles; frost cloak is an excellent defensive magic spell, especially with the Deep Freeze perk! With Deep Freeze, you have a chance to temporarily freeze your enemies, thus paralyzing them for a short time. The expert level spell Wall of Frost is also an excellent spell to use as a "trap" spell and slow your enemies as well as applying decent damage. While many people neglect frost magic since Nords have 50% Cold Resistance, but they forget that frost magic also saps Stamina as well as slowing movement (applies only on certain spells). So it more than makes up for the lesser damage. Thus, by the time your enemies close in on you, their abilities to do consecutive power attacks is nullified, and their slowed movement will also allow you to flank them and evade, even in heavy armor.
When they close in, I simply breakout my enchanted warhammer and proceed to crush them. I picked the warhammer due to the ignore armor rating perks and higher damage, plus I feel like the Jaghut should carry a hammer to crush faces in, but it's up to your personal preference. Disarming Bash/Power Bash combo comes in handy to further hinder and disrupt your opponents.
The frost spells and warhammer are a perfect combo in my eyes, due to the slowing and stamina effect of frost magic, it makes up for the slower attack speed and not allowing your foes to get in so many pestering power attacks.
You can use a number of enchants for your armor, and jewelry to help buff your stamina/health/magicka/ or other skills. I used Frost Enchanter to further buff my Warhammer, Heart of Winter although you could use those points elsewhere.
Alchemy is, in my opinion, one of the most underrated skills in the game and the biggest mistake players can do is not try to use the skill extensively. Use your alchemical skills to create potions to restore your magicka/health/stamina reserves. You can also use various potions to help temporarily fortify skills and increase damage output! And becoming invisible can be pretty useful as well in tight situations!
Special Moves
Entomb - Encase your foes in Ice, trapping them for a short time.
Duel Cast + Wall of Frost + Deep Freeze
Jaghut's Rage - You release your unfathomable fury upon your enemies, becoming a merciless creature of death
Berserker Rage + Elemental Fury
Shattering Strike - Entomb your enemy in ice and shatter him with a powerful strike
Ice Form + Power Attack

This is my first build, and I had a lot of fun with it and was truly surprised how effective frost magic can be when dealing with warriors.
I hope I put this in the right place. All constructive criticism is greatly appreciated!

Since the Jaghut are a race of people, I don't really like setting RP restrictions on this build as a whole, since it's up to the players to tailor their RP restrictions so that they can have the most fun with it.
If you wanted general guidelines, well I would suggest: Only frost magic, and no companions.
