Necromage boosts Vampirism's Champion of the Night up to 31.25%, so your Fearmonger is very powerful already.
When I played the build, I also did some massive tweaks to make it more BloodBane-friendly XD Here is what I did bellow. v
Instead of investing in conjuration's Necromancer path, I took those out and used Ahzidal's Ring of Necromancy to give it a more offensive form of Conjuration. This made a perfect Conjuration offensive magic.
My newest terror: "Illusions that Kill." With what I mentioned about Necromage and Champion of the Night, this, along with with Illusion Spell Courage and Ignite (Ahzidal's Ring of Arcana spell) is very funny to see. Once the 60 seconds ends and an enemies health gets bellow 32 health, they end up dying when it runs out. THE PERFECT WAY to create offensive Illusion, no? (This will be used in another build I am currently creating.)
100% Spell Absorb was also a great addition after I got the shout Soul Tear.
