Project Lorelei was a secret government project, so top secret even the President wasn't on the list of people allowed to know the details about her.  An attempt to create the perfect Battlefield Commander.  They succeeded.  She was genetically modified to control.  Her body, her DNA, created special pheromones, allowing her command over humans, animals, anything.  She was raised from childhood to lead people, trained by the United State Military to lead troops, weapons training, knowledge of battlefield tactics, power armor training, everything she would need to go to war.   They had one last test, to see how she would adapt in a public environment.  So they set her up with a public job where she could exert her abiity to control others, as an Attorney, but they needed to protect their asset, both from their enemies and from the possibility of escape, so they called in a member of the special forces, Nathan (last name redacted).  He was set up as her husband publicly.  Over time, she decided she no longer wanted to go to war, and, after one of her medical check-ups, she used her abilities to make the Military stay away from her and Nate, and he was then discharged from the military, honorably.  They had a child together, but the military couldn't let this asset die, so they made sure that her and her family were on the admission list to their local vault.

    Strength - 3

    Perception - 3

    Endurance - 2

    Charisma - 10

    Intelligence - 6

    Agility - 2

    Luck - 3

This female character is going to fall into the "Handyman" Build Archives tag, since she will primarily be using ancillary tactics, such as the Minuteman Flare Gun, heavy use of the skills that allow for the control of other characters, such as Animal Friend, Wasteland Whisperer, and Intimidation, as well as heavy use of Settlement Building.

She will typically use her Companions as her actual combat power, since she herself is more of a leader than a fighter, and is a bit too weak to carry herself in combat (not really, obviously, but as far as roleplaying goes).

Her obvious focus will be HEAVY on the Charisma tree, but I was wondering if anyone can think of any other stat trees that might be a good idea for a character like this.  Note: The Intelligence tree isn't technically necessary, I set it up with 6 for the aspect of using Tame Creatures from Wasteland Workshop, so I could switch it with a different stat tree if I decide that one would be better from a roleplay perspective.

***Currently Play-Testing to see if this character is viable on Survival Mode***

Slowly, the problem with trying to rely heavily on the Minutemen with the Flare Gun means that there's alot of places she can't go because she doesn't have her support until she gets some bases set up in the area,  just working some kinks out mostly, she needs to have some survivability on her own.
