There are many rumors flooding Skyrim's streets of a warrior blessed by the Goddess, Kyne. A warrior of mythic proportions who has cleared many burial mounds and crypts of the undead. Legend even says he does all this while wearing simple steel armor. Supposedly, very few have seen his face as it is thrown into shadow by his hood.

The Companions call him their harbinger, the Stormcloaks call him Stormblade, the Greybeards call him Dovahkiin, and Whiterun calls him thane. The poor trumpet him as their hero and even the rich fear to mock him. He's a myth, a legend. He's the Warrior of Kyne

    THE STORMBLADE

So, recently, I've been really interested in the warrior Goddess Kyne. This build is a result of my obsession with the Nords, my love of the steel armor and ideas of builds based on a type of armor (i.e. Mason's Obisidian and Bronze sentinels and Fudgemuppet's Glass Warrior).

For those of you not familiar...a quick introduction to Kyne, the chief Goddess of the Nords.

"Kyne, one of the Eight Divines of the Nord pantheon, is considered by some to lead those Divines. She is one of the Hearth Gods, watching over the present cycle of the world. Her titles are numerous, revealing much about the character of Kyne.

Kyne is called the Kiss at the End, for most Nords agree that Kyne leads the dead to Sovngarde. She is revered as the Goddess of Storm, called upon to bring rain and snow in dry times. She protects her faithful from the raging gales and blizzards that regularly sweep across the Skyrim expanse. Other names applied to Kyne include Widow of Shor and the Mother of Nords.

Warriors favor Kyne, as they call upon her for strength in battle and victory in conflict."

-Goddess of Storms, Mother of Nords

                                                                                The Build

So as you can see above, the Warrior doesn't wear a helmet; opting for a hood instead. This will provide you with that extra boost to your magicka that will be needed with the advanced spells. I suggest spending the money to upgrade your hood from Novice to Apprentice and eventually to Adept as soon as possible. The extra magicka is necessary for your survival as you will be healing a lot.

Now as you can see there are two amulets to be worn. I would use Kyne's token as I traveled and when I was doing my daily worship session, but would use the amulet of talos in combat scenarios. Kyne's token helps a bit with traversing the wilds and gave something to when I used Kyne's Peace.

The shield of Ysgramor is here because it can't be improved. It gives you some magic resistance and a slight buff to health but ultimately your steel shield will surpass it in armor rating. It's up to you if you keep it. I used it against the mages, but mained the steel shield.

    The Perks

Here will be some text about the build. Explaining some roleplay but not going into the role of Kyne's Warrior yet.

I will also be talking about some gameplay crap like strategies and followers to consider. Take a war dog from markarth...or Bran. I'm saving the other huskie for my next build which has a red theme.

    BLAH BLAH BLAH more text

I updated it with pictures and gear and stuff but still needs the gameplay and roleplay sections. Hopefully will have those written out over the weekend.
