Guess who's back with more suggestions 
First off I think that your Event names should be changed to better show that they're for Classics, having the same name as the Character Building Events can and has really thrown people off. So using Classics Event would probably work better.
Secondly (still in the theme of Events) have you guys considered doing non-Building Events? Classics has the potential to run other (smaller) events for things like Roleplaying Profiles, Short Stories and Guides that most groups can't do, I think it'd be pretty cool to either open up events to a wider audience of have more smaller events that can bring in a crowd that might not be interested in the big Skyrim Event.
This is a visual suggestion (simply because it's been awhile). But I think the front page and the archives look a little empty because of the current layout. Centering the text does make it very visible, but in my opinion it also just makes it look like there's more space. If say you set out the front page like this I think it'd look nice and full and also keep it easy to find information. (possibly as an 'unordered list' as Ning likes to say)

The Help Page - Go here to ask questions about the group, mods or builds, roleplay, or just anything regarding the Classics.

While I'm here, I've got some archiving suggestions as well (because we all know how much I love archiving.) I think Discussions could probably be moved around into more categories in the archives, to make it easier for people to find a discussion quicker. Perhaps separating the discussions into Lore Discussions, Gameplay Discussions, Mod Discussions (Such as the current Skywind Discussions) and Roleplay Discussions (thinks like the Great Houses Discussion) would work.
