Hmm. I see no reason for ulfric NOT to be high king. I see no reason why the non Nord's should NOT be thrown out. I say give it a try.

I am not very fond of multiculturalism too. However, if the foreigner adjusts his life to the land's traditions and culture and NOT try to force his own, then I say he is welcome. i.e. I am greek but I freaking love Scandinavia. I think it would be ok if I moved there, because I would remake my whole life according to the traditions of the land. Now, to take an ingame example, if you are a Windhelm Dunmer, I say we should most definitely kick you out. Windhelm used to be the proudest city of Skyrim and home of Ysgramor, the elf slayer. But it isn't that that annoys me so much. Have you ever read "The Dunmer of Skyrim"? It's an ingame book written by a Dunmer and describes exactly what the Dunmer are doing to Windhelm. And after visiting the New Gnisis Cornerclub's second floor, I am starting to actually like Rolff a bit more...

Hahaha my friend, when I say "elf slayer" I am referring to the fate of the Falmer, not the Bosmer. The Falmer deserved what they got. They were just version 2 of the Aldmeri Dominion.
