  Hey All,

  I was playing Skyrim earlier today and I noticed that when I cast the master restoration spell Bane of the Undead, the enemies weren't fleeing. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thanks.

  Yea, undead up to level 35 are supposed to flee and they just weren't. They caught on fire but didn't flee.

  I've never actually got my restoration up that high. 

  But you might check the elderscrolls.wikia.com, They have a multitude of recorded bugs and possible fixes for them.
