Ok John you know I like your work, after all I wrote a piece about your master of runes. With that being said in your case I think I should tell you if your looking for likes it's about quality not quantity. For example I  have been a member of the site for over a year but "lurked" for so much longer. Some of the stories... I digress. You have put out 9 builds in three months. compared to my 3 builds over the last year. which is .... impressive, even though once upon a time you more than likely would have got ripped a new one for that. Long story... Go take a look at some of No Snakes Alive, or Hensons builds. Then compare their writing style to yours. You have great concepts but you just don't sell them as well as you could.

On a separate note does anyone know where the Exemplar version of this post went off to.

Alright. The dust has settled from yet another deathmatch and it looks like 4 builds have survived the headsman's ax. The Concubine of Hircine won the popular vote in this week's Deathmatch, and three of its competitors narrowly escaped death.

The Thrassian and Sister of the Light failed to meet the 20 'likes required to live so its off with their heads! Pity we only killed two builds this week. I was hoping for more bloodshed.

In the mean time, for those of you with builds still lingering in the bloodworks, take the initiative to improve your builds now while you can or this could be your build one dreadful Saturday:

Let me focus on one at a time..lol.  Assuming you look at release dates,  The Wizard's Thrall was my first build I put together and definitely my least "put together".  I've already done a rewrite in the past to it to try and give it some new life and streamline it.  The only big problem is my one screenshot...this was before I figured out how to actually do them so they were (admittedly) below my current standards.  I just haven't pulled that character back up to go out into the world to find new screenshot opportunities.

Outside of the screenshot I'm not sure what else to do.  I got the perks from the Art forum so that should be good.  This was "pre-Cool Text" for me so nothing to really change there.  But she's definitely languishing and not sure what else I can give her for a face lift...or just write her off as "first build" learning experience.

It does kind of end on a point, so perhaps you can add on some roleplay tips for readers to get more into character? Explain why you chose to do those quests and when you went about them. I would adjust your perk choices to be closer to the perk spreads and chuck your stat distribution with your other information.

Presentation-wise, retake that screenshot yo! Get rid of the hud and make it smaller, make the build 'flow' more rather then stop abruptly.

Apart from that, look at some other builds and see if you can borrow any sections from them. It could be good if you make it so

Tae, thanks for the input.  Can you clarify your intent about the perk choices?  I'm not sure I understand what you're saying.
