Hello there!
I have some good news for those who enjoy playing a Blood Mage. I found a glitch that boosts the effects of the Equilibrium spell from 25 to 37 converted Health-to-Magicka points. I tested this on PC for 3 different characters, one of which was freshly created. Dragonborn1421 tested it on XBOX and the glitch works the same.
How to do it:
Explanation: If you perk Regeneration from the Restoration School after learning Equilibrium, the 50% increased healing will apply a 50% boost to this spell's effects too. The mathematical formula for the final effects of Equilibrium is the following:
25 + 25*(50/100) = 37.5 ~ 37 (converted Health to Magicka points / second).
How is this useful?
Let's consider a character that has perked Regeneration and Adept Restoration from the Restoration School. In one hand it has Equilibrium and in the other it has Close Wounds. Casting Equilibrium for only one second will give it more than enough Magicka, 37 Points, for one Close Wounds cast, which costs 37 Magicka Points because of the perks. Casting Equilibrium for 5 seconds then casting one Close Wounds will give 5*37 - 37 = 148 free Magicka Points and a full health bar!
Exploiting the glitch: Through additional testing, I have found 2 scenarios in which Equilibrium can be exploited into converting 46, respectively 103, Health to Magicka Points per second! Here's what I'm talking about:

What about blessing of mara, sailor's repose and father/mother love, have different codes?
The only problem i have with equilibrium is require the questline and on the highest difficulty it require cost reduction, lot of health, regeneration perk, close wounds/grand healing and sailor repose to make it work

It seems I made a small error. Close Wounds costs 37 Magicka Points with Adept Restoration perked. I was accidentally wearing an Amulet of Mara when testing this. I corrected it.

I kept this as resource free as possible. All the active effects you mentioned would increase this technique's effectiveness, of course.
Your problem depends a lot on how you play your character. I can guarantee you that this is very effective only with what I said in the discussion for a conjurer type mage with only 240 Health.
