I was thinking of writing a series of posts about the creatures in Fallout 76 that have been re-imagined from the lore of West Virginia. But, I found a series of videos that did it better and in a more engaging way than I could have done with text.
So let's start with Mothman...
Watch the video and then let's talk about how we think Mothman will be implemented in the game...

We know that there is a Mothman Museum, so that's most likley the place.
I hope that the 'lore creatures' (for want of a better term) will have properly done 'cut scenes' like the ones you had when you met a unique creature in The Witcher 3. There needs to be something 'special' when you first meet one of the West Virginia monsters!

Just started watching it (well halfway through) and there's some interesting stuff. I really love the idea of Mothman having 'stages' and starting out as an enemy that you only see glimpses of, seeing just the red eyes of Mothman from the darkness. I mean it's a really interesting idea of having a...I guess less instantly agressive enemy that doesn't just instantly try and murder you.

Lol, I don't want anymore spoilers for this game, this is why I am so quiet. But yest to Mothman! YES!
It will have strange beasties and it will have shotguns and it is West Virginia, one of the prettiest states ever. That is all I need to know. :D
