Returning to DLC Regions

  Today I learned that there's only one DLC region in New Vegas that you can't return to: Dead Money. I had always assumed that Honest Hearts, too, wasn't available to revisit, in large part because no reason is ever really given to go back. So I'm curious now, which DLC maps from FO3/NV do your character revisit frequently after the story there ends, and why?
