  This is rather frustrating, i noticed when i made a khajiit character he had a unique voice. orcs too. it would have been great fun or added more to the game if the argonians had there natural whispy voice ....natural as in the way skyrim has implemented them. 

  anyone feel the same?

  anyone know of a mod that has adjusted this?

  You can't mod that in. The modder would have THOUSANDS of voice lines to do. No way.
