After having invested thousands of hours into Skyrim, immersed myself in the world of Oblivion, and sampled the old but gold Morrowind, I'm now gonna be investing time into what I frequently hear is one of the best -- if not THE best -- entries in the Elder Scrolls series, TES II: Daggerfall. What caught my attention from the beginning was the amount of stuff to do... or rather, the meager amount of what you can't do. Such freedom can be overwhelming for a new player, even after having played so much of the later titles, so I ask you guys who have played Daggerfall: what suggestions and/or advice would you give to a newcomer?
Actually it is; to begin with, there's numerous DOS emulators freely available online. Plus, as it turns out, there's a free Windows-friendly version available for download from this link.
