  Has anyone encountered with a horker or ghost in skyrim?

  Uhm... yeah....

  There are ghosts in the Barrow in Ivarstead - you pick up a quest to get rid of them if you stop off there before ascending to the Throat of the World

  Horkers? Well, they're everywhere along the Northern coast of Skyrim. I can't believe you haven't run into a whole load of them

  You can also get a potion and makes you have the ethereal effect from that Barrow. So you look like a ghost for a minute or so.
