  Hey guys, I recently enchanted a Stalhrim Mace with both Shock and Frost Damage on it. I've killed roughly 15 people and a dragon with it and it hasn't even used a single charge. I'm a bit skeptical due to the fact that when I enchanted it, the charge number was about 120~140ish, while my other weapons were over 150+ that still use up charges. This is the first time this has happened and I'm curious to see if i can re-create more weapons with even more powerful enchantments :)

  Do you have destruction cost at 0% with enchantments?

  yup, but my other weapons have frost damage enchants as well but they are losing charges, albeit very slowly

  Have you tried getting advice from the Nexus forums? I think you might have a better chance of getting a more comprehensive reply there
