  Is there a Bug fix to Esbern door and his voice and karlaiah not opening the gate in the nightingale sanctuary and similar bugs scattered around skyrim?

  I have the dawngaurd patch installed but it does'nt address these bugs...

  please advice.

  Unoficial skyrim patch could help

  You can read through the list of fixes and see or just install it. It will only improve the game anyway.

  What Dieter said, Unofficial Skyrim Patch. Also you could try researching on the Elder Scroll wikis for people who have had the same issues and see if they have found a solution for that issue.
