Skyrim Hardcore Mode DLC?

  • I really liked fallout new vegas' option hardcore mode where you had to survive by drinking water and such, but I kinda wished it was in Skyrim. You would need to eat food every now and then before you starve of course, and you would need to sleep. The fun I see in it is that there is a prevalent consequence and its common sense. "Oh no it's dark outside, I should go to the nearby village and rest in an inn." That always felt exciting to me about danger. It was a enormous immersion feel.

What do you think? Would you like to see a mode where there is NO FAST TRAVEL? A mode where you need to survive and think about coursing your plot to another place. A mode where you need to eat and drink and rest.

I would LOVE hardcore mode in Skyrim. It would add much more realism.

One of my favorite things about hardcore mode in FO:NV was no insta-healing.  Healing was dealt out over time - that means that if you have a healing potion that heals 50, then you might get 2 hp back per second for 25 seconds (of course it was stimpacks ...  more

I'm all for that, minus the fast travel bit. In my first character I think after becoming a werewolf within the first 10 hours I slept for a grand total of about 5 over the next hundred or so hours, and I never ate. I'm trying to do something like this on...  more
