Okay, here's what I'm personally worried about: hearing Todd Howard talk about all that radiant AI and how it will do all these dramatic brings me back to this demo of Oblivion I found:

After watching this, I'm starting to wonder about all those things he - Todd Howard - said Radiant AI will affect, ie. dynamic quests, strangers asking you to train them, strangers hearing of your skill and asking for a duel, a wide variety of scenarios that will happen if you drop a sword in the middle of town... etc.
'Cause I know for sure that nobody ever came up to me in Oblivion and asked me to stay the night. Or ever saw an NPC so fed up with their dog that they not only paralysed the canine but proceeded to light it on fire when it didn't stop. The picking up of topics from listening to conversations was pretty accurate but they must have edited the part out where the NPCs decided to have a conversation about mudcrabs....3 times!
Please let me know what you guys' thoughts are on this! Am I not the only one with this concern? What are your speculations?
