Skyrim Up for Game of the Year

    Hey guys (and gals), didn't know if you heard or not, but Spike TV's Video Game Awards are on December 10th, and they're opening the polls for Game of the Year & Most Anticipated Game (of 2012).

    Nominees for GOTY are:

    Batman: Arkham City

    The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

    The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

    Portal 2

    Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

     

    Nominees for Most Anticipated Games are:

    Bioshock: Infinite

    Diablo III

    Halo 4

    Mass Effect 3

    The Last Gaurdian

     

    For me, it's going to be Skyrim (obiously) and Mass Effect 3. Although I am excited about Bioshock: Infinite and Halo 4. What are you guys picking?

    Skyrim!
    I'm not voting for most anticipated, but i thought it would be diablo III, something about it behind delayed for ages makes me think it gonna be up there

    I don't pay attention to GOTY awards (I have the Jay Awards, in my own mind), although I'd like to see my favorite developers win so it gives them a morale boost and cool stuff to put on their shelves.

     A few months ago when all they released was a 10-minute demo showing almost nothing people were already saying game of the year. So for me Skyrim, and batman arkham city, or portal 2.

    awww dang 3 of my favourite games are up for nomination, I'd have to go with Skyrim, then Uncharted 3 then Batman.

    For me it's Skyrim and Mass Effect 3. Can't wait for both of them! (I am also excited for Diablo 3.)
