Gettin' hitched!

    Just curious as to how everyone is gonna approach marriage in your playhroughs..do you fancy a certain race? The same race as or character or a different? Will you decide based on them supporting your playing style? Also was there any oblivion npc's you would have shacked up with givin the chance.. I personally found aurielle the battlemage from the anvil mages quest to be rather attractive

    I'm hoping that I can give polygamy a try.  Likely, I'll need more than one house though; don't want the wives fighting each other or scheming against me (i.e, poison my soup so they can loot my vault and take off to Cyrodiil with each other).  ;)

    Depends on my character.  I will probably will flirt a lot and put off marriage until late in the game.  My Khajiit may have affairs with other races but if she decides to marry it will probably be to another Khajiit.  My Nord warrior will probably settle...  more

    I'll probably look to marry a 'civilian' more than anything, most likely an Imperial or Breton. My male Bosmer will be quite the loner, looking out for himself first and foremost, and generally avoiding ant political conflicts, but will no doubt get unwil...  more

    I plan on marrying a few times (each ending with the sudden murder of my wife) in order to further my advancement in the Guilds of Skyrim!

    I'll approach it sort of the same way I would in real life: I'll marry an NPC that I like and want to keep in the game.  We'll see how that goes.  On subsequent playthroughs, it will be all about creating a good story or hitching up to some good skills.

    Totally with you on Cass! found the glasses glitch to get her hat off and never put a helmet on her.. she looked like a badass librarian with reading glasses

    Tough question actually. I don't think any of my characters will start with the intent of getting married (at least none I have plan thus far).  If there seems to be a perfect 'match' for my character then yes, that character will get married.  Political ...  more

    I'll probably hitch Valderich up with some burly woodsman somewhere in my playthrough. >;P Maybe even with one of his housecarls for when he's a Thane. I might not touch the feature for a long time, but I'll likely be going with a Nord for my big guy.
