There's a new Vamp in town...

  •      Men have debated her existence for millenia. Tales about her range from having beginnings as a defiant gardener to her involvement in a brotherly feud which ended in bloodshed to being responsible for the many pandemics that have occurred over time. Only she knows for certain of her beginning and what she has built or destroyed in her long lifetime…until a few decades ago. She met him during his younger days of adventuring  and he was a fresh faced, inexperienced lad seeking to further his skills. In her, he found a teacher in the ancient ways called “Tactical Studies Rules” and he became skilled enough that adventuring was no longer just a hobby to him. They spent many years together exploring dungeons, battling dragons, fighting villains and beasts  of all sorts. He then felt the seas calling to him and they went their separate ways.

When he returned several years later, they met up once again. Some may called it coincidence or a happy accident, but they like to refer to it as destiny. Their adventures started up again as if he had never left, with one major difference. In the years he had been gone, he somehow managed to continue to improve on his skills and now he was her mentor in the ways of battle. On more than one occasion, while she may have been unsure of her next action, he would take the controls and guide her to victory. Once again they found themselves in battles with dragons, spell-casters, the undead and sometimes even with each other, for theirs has always been a love-hate relationship. At times he could do nothing but sing her praises, while others he contemplated running her through with his sword and deleting her off the face of whatever land they happened to be in at the time.

Recently they could be found fighting in a world in which they could apply their skills of warcraft against others or at times join a group to fight a common foe. But after several years of this, they realized they weren’t cut out for civilized life and struck out on their own once again. They then found themselves in a kingdom called Amalur where the battles were violent and bloody. Perhaps this would be the new homeland they were seeking. But when they reached their last adventure, all they could do was hang their heads in silence as a single tear dropped from her cheek to the cold, blood-stained ground. The locals had very much overestimated the power and ability of this final foe. Neither of them reckoned a need to stay in this land any longer.

Now they have wandered into a new land called Skyrim, but neither feels their arrival here was by accident. Over time she has shared with him many of her secrets. The latest being that after so many years of fighting dragons, she has seemingly developed the ability to absorb the souls of the dragons they slay, something the people of this land call “Dragonborn”. What she hasn’t told him yet, however, is that ever since a chance meeting with a three headed dog named Mason, she has become aware of an unliking towards sunlight and feels an urge to drink the blood of her foes. They’ve been together long enough that she can’t avoid telling him for much longer, but she doesn’t want him to feel like she’s becoming a real pain in the neck. Not to mention this is happening amidst rumors of a new faction’s arrival in this land. A faction that apparently feels no love towards those with this type of affliction. All she can hope for is his continued guidance in the matter and for the occasional use of his power of resurrection, for he is Asclepius with his Rod of Healing and she, she is simply known as…Lilith.
