      I awoke with a cold feeling. I turned in bed and found that Nakuma wasn't there. I thought, "She must be downstairs eating breakfast". I walked downstairs and nobody was there. I panicked. "What happened, I thought to myself, where is everybody?" I walked outside to check. Nothing. As soon as I walked inside Kiru, Kal, and Nakuma jumped out and yelled, "Happy Birthday!". I was so surprised my heart skipped a beat. "How did you know it was my birthday?", I asked. "Remember you told Kiru when he asked about you.", Kal said. "We thought we should surprise you". Nakuma continued. "Some surprise,I started, I almost had a heart attack. Everybody laughed."Come we have cake and presents for you Rakhem." Kal said. When we all got to the table we sat and ate cake. I opened my presents. Kiru got me a fine elvish dagger. Kal got me some leather armor she said I could wear when I traveled. And Nakuma got me card with 15 septims and signed "With Lots Of Love, Nakuma." I said "Thank you everybody for this wonderful birthday I have enjoyed every second of it." I told everybody I wanted to go rabbit hunting so I grabbed my bow and quiver of arrows, my new shiny Elvish dagger, and my gloves that were given to me by Kal when I first got here as a welcome present.I walked into the forest.

       I killed several rabbits and put them in my pack. When I was just bout to put an arrow in a rabbit something attacked me from the left side. The man kept trying to bite my neck put I subdued him until I pulled out my dagger. When I realized he was a vampire I stabbed him until he lay on the ground. I was just about to run when the man stood up,grabbed my shoulders and stuck his fangs in my neck. I stabbed him one 1 last time with my dagger. He fell dead. I tried to take in what just happened but I knew what this meant. I was now a vampire. And with that thought I passed out.

       When I awoke I was in a warm bed. I felt horrible. When I tried to get up Kal rushed into the room and told me I had to rest. So I did. When I awoke for the second time it was bright and I could smell the rabbit stew cooking. When I got up I felt much better but a little light-headed. I walked into the kitchen to find Kal. She was cooking vigorously. I said "Hi", and she looked at me with a little fear in her eyes. "Kiru wants to talk to you", she said. "Okay", I replied. I walked into the living room and Kiru was pacing the room. "Rakhem we need to talk". "Okay, what about?". "About what happened last night, he started, I think you need to leave." I was so shocked I almost cried. "Why?" I asked trying to hold back tears. "Your a vampire now we don't need you sucking our blood." I said "Fine but can I say goodbye to Nakuma?" "Sure but quickly". I walked back into the kitchen when Nakuma rushed to me to hug me. We embraced in a hug for a couple of seconds. "Don't go", she whispered to me. "I have too, goodbye Nakuma maybe we will meet again but for now goodbye". "No,no,no,no", she started crying. "Goodbye Nakuma", I kissed her gently. I turned,grabbed my things, said goodbye one last time, and left.
