  I left Alvors in the morning, and left the village of Riverwood. I had not gone very far before I was set on by wolves. I drew my axes and a long fight began. However I managed to defeat them and took their pelts, these should help me make some bettter armour!

  When I got close to Whiterun, I found some armoured people fighting a giant. I charged in and helped them, and we soon brought the giant down. One of the group suggested I join them, a group of warriors called the Companions. I'll think about her offer, but my main priority is to tell the Jarl about the dragon and then find my father.

  I got to the city gates, and the guard wouldnt let me in. He said that the city was closed to stop the dragons, which I couldnt understand  (as dragons can fly, what use is a wall?) However he let me in when I told him about Riverwood.

  I headed up through the city, where I made myself some new axes, and went to see the Jarl.
