Dark Brotherhood Quest Ideas

    **SLIGHT OBLIVION DB FACTION SPOIERS**

    We all know that Todd Howard confirmed the Dark Brotherhood will be in Skyrim, but we have no idea what kind of quests there will be. In Oblivion the Dark Brotherhood quests were always intriguing, and on some accounts disturbing. For example, when you had to go into the Night Mother's crypt, a feeling of amazement crept over me, knowing that this is where the all powerful Night Mother resides. I also remember a quest, (this one happens to be my favorite) where you were put in a house full of people to assassinate, making sure that the others were oblivious the entire time. This being said, I was wondering what quests you guys would like to see for the DB in Skyrim? I myself hope the since of deep disturbance stays. And maybe this time there will be shrines similar to the ones that could be found in chapels in Oblivion, only instead of praying to the Gods, you pray to Sithis or the Night Mother. So, any ideas for what you guys want to see for the Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim?

    I agree with Necronblue that we need more assasinations before we raise up to high in the ranks.  In Oblivion you're a member of the Black Hand and you've killed what?  10 people?  I think this could be done similarly to the thieves guild in Oblivion.  Yo...  more

    That reminds me of the one quest after you pray to Sheogorath. You drive a village insane and cause raining fire-dogs to occur.

    that was kind of already done, when you convinced that village the apocalypse was coming or whatever in oblivion.

    Omg Paul that's such a good idea if the Morag Tong came to do some sort of attack on The Dark Brotherhood and you ended up with some missions to take them out once and for all. Wow that would be purely amazing and one helluva good showdown.

    I'm still holding out a small hope that the influx of Dunmer from their destroyed home province might signal the return of the Morag Tong. They were historic enemies in the lore, so it has the background.
