Skyrim Landscape Expansion, LLC

  • Skyrim is huge. Granted there are a lot of things to do and places to see along with a lot of dragons and Thalmor to kill but something bothers me. You can go from mountainous and snowy forest to swamp in under a minute. The biggest problem for me at least in the TES series is just the transition from the different regions. BUT JOSH GUY WHO IS REALLY REALLY COOL AND STUFF, you scream at the monitor and presumably at me but I can't hear you because that is how the internet works, HOW CAN YOU SAY THIS?

I'm saying this because my reckless abandon, giant balls and panache have reached critical levels. That and I came up with this when I was sitting on my throne, where all my great ideas like bacon wrapped Jack Daniels and riding a 130 mile century ride, with 5,000+ ft in elevation, all in the big ring, come from. Among the other mods that I'm going to be working on I want to create "transition" zones for each of the major regions. Theoretically I just move some of the landscape, put a new stretch of forest or whatever in, and blend it all together. In reality I don't think this is entirely possible even with the CK which I don't have any experience with but hopefully someone will inform me of whether this is impossible, like the San Jose Sharks not choking, or just difficult like waking up early without espresso. That and Skyrim needs more forests. I know lore wise it may not have a lot of forests but my ranger needs huge stretches of wilderness to explore. I heard that Morrowind and Cyrodil are in the game but obviously not completely fleshed out. With the CK and Skyrim would it be possible to create an entirely new land? From scratch? Can you get a blank template to create such things?

Ive not been able to find any details of why that has been put into the game. There are loads of rumours and speculation flying round the web. Bethesda seem to be playing their cards very close to their chest annoyingly.
