Is there a reason for "-" style bullets? I think your build will look much better if you remove them. Also, since you have and can use Photoshop, have you considered making a perk spread and equipment images? They are pretty easy to make. And one final note on your tactics. What's the reason for using Highborn on your Ancient Light move? Am I correct to assume that you are able to regenerate magicka when charging scrolls?

You are correct, since scrolls consume no magicka. So using them when you run out would be the same as using a staff when your magicka runs out. 

My question was not about the ability to use it. I just thought that magicka regeneration is halted when charging scrolls, which should be especially noticeable on Master level scrolls. I do know that normal spells do that and was interested whether the scrolls are different in that regard.

Ohhhhh... I actually don't know... Hmmm.

The magicka regeneration is paused and after the spell is cast, it is resumed at the higher speed. I didn't write it very clearly. I will change the description a bit. However shouts like 'slow time' are not paused. But thanks for asking about
