Congratulations for Legendary, Raidriar! 

If I'm not mistaken, this is the first build posted in 2015 to make it into Legendary. Nice work!

Loving the build!  I love passing my own Ice spells mid air and hacking people to bits just as they hit.

I think I may need to re-do some perks though as I'm not getting the full effect out of the Stability perk.  My slow time cooldown is 30 seconds (Amulet+blessing) but my duration is only 22 seconds which only a 40% boost. I think I may have picked up vampirism, necromage and stability in the wrong order.

Amazing build.  I used it as the basis to model Ymir (the norse Jotunn).   Edited out the perks that impeded necromancy on the playthrough.   Deleted enchanting by using Ahzidal's armor and a silver sword (it gains damage from vampirism and it makes killing frost resistant undead much easier).
