Hi, Billy Mays here with my answer to this question!
When I am done with play-testing and am ready to write a build, I use Microsoft Word 2010 to type up my presentation. Whenever I am stuck on describing one particular aspect, I immediately save it on my computer for later. Having little time to juggle between exercising and working, I only get about 30 minutes to an hour's worth of writing each day and usually finish in a week. There's nothing wrong with your way of doing it; however, Ning can screw with your formatting if you only type it in there. That's the only real downfall of that particular route.
