Very nice presentation and story. This is definitely noteworthy of being in the upcoming contest and I wouldn't be surprised if it won first place or any of the tops in it. I really liked how you described the strategies in engaging most of the enemies encountered as well as having a very soild defense with the equipment chosen based on the perks you chose for your build. The only two things that concern me about this though are having an alternative pair of blades to use in case the Silver Swords don't make the cut. ( Your logic of the enchantment combinations on them and the idea that all silver bloods should have silver swords is simply marvelous! ) Preferably a pair of swords that actually rely on one of the smithing perks. The other concern is. If I recall doesn't battle cry and dismay effect people up to a certain level? If they resist that fear effect, especially as this build levels up, you might to need to find another alternative.
But all and all though, very good build. A few editions like spelling, sentence structure, and this build is SO ready to go. I look forward to seeing your video. Keep up the good work.

Everything about this is just great. The presentation, the images, the story. Seriously just well done all around. I love the depth you added to the build without making it all a bunch of dry reading. Good stuff.

Battlecry has either no cap or a cap of level 99 since the effect has a magnitude of 99 points (according to uesp) I'm not sure which one it is. Where as dismay with all 3 words only works up too level 24.

Your second build and like this!? I hope you make more in the future, you're really good at it. As with all newcomers of making CB's on here, I admire the bravery and courage of them displaying their work especially with so many critics out and about.
