Im not very fond of using magic right now so i think i will take the guardian. Wearing only robes with few pieces of heavy armor is way too much squishy to me, so i guess the block will be the best choice for me for early game.

I have completed the companions and civil war so far and more forms boosted me nicely. Doing the main quest now and dragons are not that hard.
I just wanted to ask. In what situations you change the gear? And you do it before or in the middle of combat?

Changing gear in the middle of combat is advised. Likewise, changing gear while you're already in combat is also recommended. However, if you wanted to give yourself a little bit of a challenge, you could limit yourself to not being allowed to change forms while in combat - in which case, are you on console or PC?
As for when to change the forms, you can just change to a different form when you're bored of the one you're currently fighting in. Likewise, you could switch from a ranged form to a melee form when your enemies close in on you. As for choosing which specific form to use, that's pretty much your call, factoring in the pros and cons listed above.
What level are you now, having completed those questlines?

I play on PC and im level 17 now.
I find it little annoying to change eq in the middle of combat. I heard there is some mod that let you change sets of gear or something like that. But you think it would be possible to focus on 2-3 forms with one universal eq?

I can understand that, and yes it is definitely possible to focus on only 3 forms with one set of equipment. Of course, that would allow you to go with a completely different stone, as that is the main reason for the steed. I'd recommend the lady, and have the lord in the crown.
One possible set-up is as follows:
Forms: Spellblade, Guardian and Scholar.
Enchantment Set: The Spellblade.
This set-up is ideal, given that the Spellblade set gives bonuses to both one-handed and magic, making it perfect for a universal equipment loadout. Although there are no block enchants on the Spellblade set, you could always either tinker with it some or go with the Marauder instead of the Guardian.
Of course, you could do some tinkering of your own and come up with a new combination of forms that works with one universal equipment loadout, but this would be the most well-rounded one.
I was debating with myself whether or not to include the idea of having universal set-ups within the write-up itself, but ultimately decided not to for fear of it becoming too long (Somehow, I've still managed to achieve that :D)..

Maybe i could max out enchanting quickly to get extra effect. I think that with extra effect i could use just two sets maybe. I really dont want to change this build much, just to adapt it to my playstyle a little.
