This build seems akin to bandits and Reavers more than an actual thief, and that is a breath of fresh air. I like the idea of "embracing crime" and being the bad guy, it certainly is unlike any other build that I have seen. I love the lore, it is interesting to say the least. The ONLY thing I dislike is the use of a mace but, I understand your reason to use one. What else can I say besides, +1!
Actually I found something else to say! It won't be long before this build gets legendary rank, and the Dunmer are not the master race, Redguards are!

"Murder, assault, drugs, slavery, prostitution, mugging, intimidation: all words associated with the Camonna Tong and they enjoy doing all of these to gain ... more."
Oh boy, you know you are on to something when its mindless. But that would suggest decrepitude. This build seems rather far from that.

Nice job man, I've done a Camonna Tong playthrough before and it's a blast. Great presentation with a really fun skill set. No magic is a fun change of pace, and no main quest was an interesting idea. I love finding the monsters that replace the dragons at word walls
