I know I said I'd be totally focused on your other build, but it'll have to share with this one! +1 from me! keep it up! I am a big fan of rp as well, and you do a fantastic job!

Thank you very much, I am glad you like it! I am currently also busy with my Scarred Hero and I have to say it is pretty powerful. Being able to switch weapons on the go when the situation asks is incredibly handy.
And I am surprised how powerful the "Bane of the Barrows" stance is. I believe you inflict extra damage when undead are on fire, the undead drop like flies before me

Using wood shouldn't be an issue, it's the use of the wood of Valenwood that is not allowed is it not? You'd be using the wood of Skyrim (Hence why the Bosmer are allowed to build with imported woods).
If you are going to role play this character so strictly that you are limiting yourself in accordance to the 'Meat-Mandate' (Alchemy restrictions) then what is your justification for not using the ring of Namira for cannibalism? If we're talking strict role-playing then this seems like it would be required since the ritualistic cannibalism is an absolute must, if a character would go so out of his way not to consume any potions made from plants then surely he'd follow the rest of the mandate.
I'm a huge fan of this playstyle and I've always enjoyed builds that self regulate their abilities. I'd like to see a far more indepth alchemy section but all in all I like this.

Nice job. I, too, like to play Ranger characters. You did a nice job of using the Green Pact to make this unique.
I did notice that you have perk points invested in Bladesman in the one-handed tree, but are only using daggers. My understanding is that Bladesman does not benefit daggers, only swords. That would give you a few points to spend in other places without losing anything (personally, I would put one of them in Unhindered and probably spend the other two on getting Deadly Aim, but that's just me).
Keep up the good work.

Thank you! I fixed the skill tree, I never even thought about the bladesman and dagger problem. These perks you mentioned perfectly compliment the Ranger's skills.
Thanks again!

Probably one of the best characters I've seen. It honestly doesn't feel like a build, but just that, a character. I love playing this character, and roleplaying him. I love the backstory and the use of the green pact. I love it all, really. The only question I had is a bit of a repeat, but I really want to incorporate the cannibalism. Is it even plausible that our ranger does this daedric quest?
