+1 I like this build! It's funny I actually wanted to start a new character for Dragonborn and I ended up making almost this exact build before I saw this. Mine is a stealthy female hybrid who primarily fights with bound weapons. I was thinking about writing up my build but now I don't need to since yours is so similar. I even went for the same line of quests.
The only differences with my build is I went the illusion and light armor route instead alteration and destruction. I wanted to be a melee/archer who used magic for her weapons to support these roles. The Illusion school made sense on the sneak front and I wanted to go the light armor and get use the Nightingale armor.
If you're curious here's a rough level 40 stat break for her: http://skyrimcalculator.com/#266312

My thoughts exactly, I can't stand alteration and I REALLY wanted to have a character use the nightingale armor so it made perfect sense. I also wanted to primarily fight with melee weapons/bows so I used Illusion to supplement those instead of destruction magic.
Oh and since my character relies primarily on conjuring for her weapons and is dressed in black it only made sense to pick up my loyal stead Arvak.
A few other notes on my build as I've been playing through it further. I got arcane blacksmithing so I could improve my armor but I didn't want to have to smith/enchant anything beyond that outside of to make some easy coin. I also have a special set of Dawnguard armor and dual war-axes especially for killings vamps. Having a back up weapon or two for when you're out of magic is always a good idea when using bound weapons.

This is a great build Bryn, an assassin that destroys the Dark Brotherhood because they are a rival assassin organization. Three separate paths was icing on the cake. Bound Weapons are great on any no crafting build as well. I also liked the Contracts section, especially that bit about Nazeem! +1
