Not Winterhold, but definitely somewhere in Skyrim.
Went from a "high" at midnight today of 50F, down to 15F right now. Earlier this morning, we had some snow flurries, which is pretty serious for Georgia. When I went for a walk this morning, it definitely felt like Skyrim weather.
Well here in Georgia, USA, it's not quite that cold, but like Shor and Kyrielle said, it's serious/rare. But on the bright side, no school tomorrow due to cold which partially make up for the seemingly hundred times this winter where we've had below 32F weather but no moisture for ice/snow. It even flurried..
