Best build for a newbie out of these?

    The ShadowFlame Phoneix

    The Cryptstalker

    The Sorcerer

    Sisters of the Order

    The Magician

    The Requsitioner

    Which build do u recomend for a newbie who wants to use destruction,sneak and other magics,I want to be able to complete the main quest,thieves guild and mabye the dark brotherhood.I also wana get Tiber Septimus book too.I'm new but i like all the above builds due to magic usage.
