Wow this really took a off topic turn. However much of the discussion was interesting, maybe a seperate topic focused on RPing necromancers? I know I've seen RP guides for other classes is there one already for the necromancer?
@ Vez I would ...
Wow Edel story has been very interesting thus far. I have my theories about his background but I look forward to seeing their revelation in game.
I've been playing Bloodborne lately, sort of a October tradition for me, and finally got the DLC which...
Alright, so Zodd and Borgakh headed to Falkreath answearing the summons of Jarl Siddgeir. He apparently heard of their exploits accross Skyrim and the two sounded like the perfect fit for a particular problem he was having with some bandits holed up...
I usually just day dream character ideas during my commute or down time or when I'm waiting in line or something. Then when I have a spare moment I'll jot a few ideas down or look up something I wasn't sure about. But I find the process ...
Zodd and Borgakh have been progressing nicely. To make a long story short they made it to Riften and are now happily married!!
After Shroud Hearth Barrow (which they decided not to clear since they already had what they came for) they headed to Tre...
That's a big part of the fun isn't it, coming up with a back story, deciding on race is it for the back story or for the racial powers, choosing cantips and how will they play into the overall character, and what kind ...

It's a hard question because they're all so abstract, and I'm not at all a theology person. But I suppose if I lived in Skyrim, or Tamriel, I guess (hopefully Skyrim), I'd choose Mara over my other two options - Dibella and Kynareth. All three seem the most useful and the most present. I chose Mara because I'm a mother, first and foremost. Although, playing Skyrim with the Thunderchild mod makes me appreciate Kyne more.
The Nords believe Kyne (Nord version of Kynareth) created men, and is seen as a mother goddess as well as a warrior goddess.
For me it would be Julianos, I prefer magic oriented characters so he fits best RP wise for those charaters, assuming they don't get seduced by the secret knowledge hoarded by Hermeus Mora. But I have some suspicions that the line between aedra and daedra isn't as clear as we assume. For instance Jhunal is the nord version of Julianos and is the god of hermetic orders, sounds alot like the hermit demon of the Skaal Hermeus Mora. Wh... less
Haven't had much time to play the last couple of days. Was able to pick up Oakflesh in Shroud heath Barrow, now Zodd is debating if he should contine and clear the rest of the barrow or just head back with his cantrip.
Zodd and Brogakh sold off their loot in Whiterun makeing enough money to fund the next leg in their journey. They decided to head south toward Riverwood and then loop around the southern face of the Throat of the World to Ivarstead and from there he...
Yeah, I'm sure those trolls would have killed me in on one hit luckily they are slow and have a tendency to jump up and down and yell at you. Scariest encounter was a wraith in the maze, I remembered skeevers but I forgot about the wraith, nearly cr...

These two are up to many surprises.
And Nalfien survived Bleak Falls Barrow. The bandits didn't pose much of a problem, in fact they killed each other under Fury, and the last one was zapped with lightning. The skeevers were kind...
Took some time to come up with a new character for this challenge and went outside the box with a Orc healer/support hedgemage (only using spells I find). His cantrips are oakflesh and courage. I started him in Mor Khazgur where he's fallen fo...
RIP Arnsi, gotta watch that magic around Nords, they get jumpy.
Polvar cleared Nchardak with Neloth and found a Kagrumez gem, after reading the Black Book he followed Neloth back to Tel Mithrin. Something had slain the silt strider merchant and Pol...
Polvar is progressing nicely throught the Miraak quest line, successfully cleansed all the All-Maker Stones (except Tree of course) and is currently on his way to Tel Mithrin to inquire with Neloth about these Black Books. Slow Time has been my go t...

That'st too bad Feint, Mathor seemed to have what it takes, certainly an epic end. Unlimited Novice casting would be very interesting.
Polvar has been doing some varied quests in Raven Rock and Tel Mithrin. After getting the Lightning Storm s...
So in true Skyrim fashion I got completely sidetracked by other quests and totally abandoned my search for Miraak. Initially I decided to head back to Winterhold selling loot on the way and storing the stuff I wanted to keep. When I got back t...
