  I avoid beards on elves, or ad very little facial hair to make them more like the in-game ones(if mine's not an old guy) or keep it to give age as I progress in my roleplay(aging)

I can, however, tell you that he's a white haired, bearded, and pale altmer. He has the ancient falmer armor on with the mage's circlet or aethrial crown on (depending on the situation). I keep an elven or silver sword in my right hand and a spell in my left. See ya around!

  Aetherial Crown+ ritual stone as crown's stone
  Revive Arch-Curate Virkur with it go thru the portal, kill, loot, take off crown, put back on and ritual stone is there again, repeat.
  
  If that works for you I'm set with 10 Falmer armors, one for every 10 levels
