I think he could. By your own earlier reasoning, he thinks Skyrim should rule itself, like hammerfell. Other races have lived in Skyrim for centuries or more, no reason that only Nords should matter to him.

Upon reflection, I do realize one "glitch" I use. Free training from the companions. To me it actually makes sense that a band of warriors would work together to improve each other's skills. Still, if it's not technically a glitch, it is an exploit, so i think it counts.

You do also get to see one of the hundred thousand realms of Sanguine "The Misty Grove" in Skyrim. I wouldn't mind seeing The Hunting Grounds and Moonshadow.
