  If you want to have a "Daedric Champion" of sorts focus on one item or type of item. PLENTY of builds have been based on the Ring of Hircine, and the Vile Vicar is an excellent ring of Namira build.
  
  Maybe you could try a master of the daedric staves, and use all three interchangeably, or use the Rueful Axe (incredibly slow and horrible) for an extra challenge.
  The Key is to have fun with it!
