It makes Morrowind's combat more like its sequels, where all attacks hit (unless high Sanctuary or Agility are at work). Unlike prior mods that do this, Apoapse's Attack works against creatures, it works with enchanted and high-leveled weapons, and it keeps weapon skills and relevant spells useful. I'm blowing my own horn here, but it works to everybody's benefit. Mostly mine, but also everybody's.

  Aspect-Emperor, you can generally find good mods immediately by sorting the Nexus mods by "Most Endorsed" or "Most Downloaded". If you want simple, there are many mods that you can get with minimal to no scripting (and, to blow my own horn, my mod list is built for maximum simplicity and flexibility). Though vanilla Skyrim is certainly a great game, I recommend giving modding another chance.
