I feel i'd add like half the archery tree to this build. what do you do for healing? restoration or potions?

"If you do need to heal just down a potion or two, or consider getting out the Nightingale Blade for its absorb effects."

Don't worry, I've done the same thing except mine was even worse. "Hey Ponty, what armor is that guy wearing?" ~Scrolls over the Equipment section~

Ugh, the whole point of the build was to AVOID archery - in my opinion you're kind of killing the idea (what does archery really add to a character that has several ways of quickly closing the gap with the enemy) but it's your playthrough

I feel you, but at least in earlier levels its impossible to close that gap as silent casting is such a grind to get to.  it also feels like it fits when you think of stealth and swiftly striking from the shadows no? wish we had the option of throwing knives in this game

Lower levels are a good time to hone your open combat skills, as you don't have a huge opportunity to use them later! You can easily level your sneak by sneak attacking sleeping Draugr.

I feel like using Windshear with this build would be very good because of the fact that this build uses 1-handed blocking, this should allow you to utilize the bashing effect quite nicely

Holy crap....Blink. Ponty, I think you made Corvo Attano from Dishonored.

Windshear is too OP. The bash effect is bugged and works for every regular hit, and you can pretty much stun lock everything... Games combat becomes pointless at that point
