I love the new Dragonborn update TZ, great job. I like how you've found a way to use the new Helm of Mizund, I wouldn't have thought of it. I don't exactly like the look of T3 but I can see where you ditch aesthetics for usage in the build. I'll have to start leveling my Aether Engineer again and get in on this action of T3. Keep u the awesome work mate.

I absolutely love this build. I have only one question?

Have you considered obtaining the steadfast dwarven sphere/spider followers because of this builds dwarvish/ steampunk style?

I have considered that as an addition though felt to keep it hush for those who hadn't known about it, but considering it seems to be quite well known now, later on I will add it into this post and aim to do it creatively if not just simply add it as a "get this item too" sort of thing.

I thought this was ok until the update... So this build is a Stalhrim build.

I thought the same thing... Nothing is wrong with Stalhrim (except maybe the helmet, it's ugly to me ).

It was using some overlooked armour before, but Stalhrim will be popular, the only unique thing about this build is pretending that magic and shouts are products of science. So basically, use the best armour and spells you would already use... but it's science guys!!!

Deal with it. It is extraordinarily obvious you hate any type of roleplay at all, and want to destroy RP with large amount of fire. That does not mean other people do not enjoy roleplay. Also you dumb down things incredibly, there is a lot more going on than "unique armor".
